Job Title: Insurance Delivery Lead

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the delivery of multiple client engagements in the Life & Annuity Insurance space. Your responsibilities will include supporting presales activities, building high-performing teams, and managing projects encompassing developers, analysts, and architects to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and solution architects, to understand client requirements, scope, and expectations. Your expertise will span the entire delivery lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, deployment, and support. Additionally, you will monitor performance, quality, and risks of data solutions, providing timely and accurate reports and feedback to senior management and clients.

To succeed in this role, you must have over 20 years of IT experience managing and leading delivery for Applications and Infrastructure services, including cloud-based technologies. You should also possess 8+ years of experience in providing solutions and leading engagements to clients in the Insurance industry (Life & Annuity Insurance), as well as 8+ years of experience in Program/Delivery Management.

Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with Client Executives and Internal Executives, while your program management skills will allow you to manage L&A Insurance engagements successfully. Hands-on experience in handling project/programs in the Insurance domain, with technology spanning across custom build applications and COTS products, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of multiple client engagements in the Life & Annuity Insurance space.
  • Support presales activities and build high-performing teams.
  • Manage projects encompassing developers, analysts, and architects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client requirements and expectations.
