About this role

We're looking for a visionary AI/ML expert to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge models. As our Lead Engineer, you'll guide a team of engineers in deploying projects that harness AI/ML to drive innovation and solve complex problems.

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements. Your responsibilities will include optimizing model performance, conducting rigorous testing, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

You'll mentor team members, promote best practices, and contribute to strategic decision-making within the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Clients: Discuss client requirements and develop tailored proposals to meet their needs.
  • Demonstrations and Workshops: Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer expectations.
  • Model Oversight: Oversee the development and deployment of AI models, particularly those generating content such as text, images, or other media.
  • Advanced AI Solutions: Engage in coding, designing, developing, implementing, and deploying sophisticated AI solutions.
  • Expertise Utilization: Leverage your expertise in NLP, Python programming, LLMs, Deep Learning, and AI principles to drive the creation of transformative technologies.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Actively lead projects and contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
  • Strategic Development: Develop value-creating strategies and models to help clients innovate, drive growth, and increase profitability.
  • Tech Awareness: Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Employ logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively.
