Job Summary: As an analytical expert, you will partner with merchandising teams to deliver insights and recommendations that drive product category understanding.

The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of retail and business analytics, following best practices in analytical work. You will analyze results, identify key drivers of performance, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

You will be responsible for communicating financial and non-financial analysis to leaders, preparing analyses through multiple data sources, and translating insights into clear, understandable themes.

This role requires 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or any other quantitative discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve problems and share information to enable alignment across the organization
  • Enable business partners to make informed decisions based on root cause drivers of performance
  • Communicate financial and non-financial analysis and insights to leaders
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and resilience in the face of change, obstacles, and adversity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Wrangling data using complex SQLs and data extraction processes using data tools like SQL Assistant, DBeaver etc.
  • Experience working with Big Data, performing data transformations using Python (preferred: SAS, R)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience in creating reports, dashboards
  • Advanced proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools such as PowerBI (preferred: MicroStrategy, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and with global partners
  • Capable of end-to-end project execution, engaging with stakeholders at each stage
  • Good understanding of retail math, statistics
