Senior Innovation Designer

As a Product Development Engineer at our company, you will play a critical role in the development of cutting-edge products that promote comfort and well-being. You will work closely with suppliers to source and develop components, refine products for manufacturability, and contribute to our growing portfolio of future-ready mobility solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components.
- Collaborate with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery.
- Conduct testing for durability, safety, and compliance.
- Optimize materials and processes for cost, weight, and performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2–4 years' experience in product development (mobility, automotive, or structural products).
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping.
- Exposure to EV/mechatronic systems is a plus.
