Job Title: Visual Communicator


Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Visual Communicator to join our creative team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing compelling visual content that enhances our text-based communications.


  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms
    • Develop new design concepts based on client needs
    • Design visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and branding projects
    • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute design concepts
    • Support senior designers on multiple client accounts
    • Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all visual communications

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Hands-on experience with graphic design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Coreldraw
  • Good knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with digital trends and social media design best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, it would be beneficial if you had:

  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory
  • Active participation in arts, graphics, and animation production

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working from the office (on-site). The working days are Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays off per month.
