**2D Animator Role**

We are seeking an experienced 2D animation professional to help drive the development of high-quality character animations, UI elements and real-time effects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing visually stunning 2D character animations, UI animations, and real-time particle effects using Unity.

Responsibilities include collaborating with game designers, developers and artists to integrate visual assets seamlessly into production, optimizing visual performance across a range of mobile devices, leading and mentoring junior animators and VFX artists, promoting best practices in Unity workflows, contributing to the development and refinement of internal Unity animation and VFX pipelines, ensuring artistic consistency and technical accuracy across projects, and utilizing software such as Unity, Spine, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and GitHub.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in 2D animation and Unity workflow
  • Strong understanding of Unity, Spine, Photoshop and After Effects
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior animators and VFX artists
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
