Operations Manager

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end order processing across multiple marketplaces.
This includes ensuring timely invoicing, labeling, and dispatch coordination with the warehouse team, as well as managing marketplace seller panels for order tracking, cancellations, and status updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: Monitor and process daily orders received from various marketplaces, ensuring timely creation of shipping labels and invoices.
- Marketplace Panel Operations: Operate seller panels for order management, track shipment status, update dispatches, and handle cancellations or hold orders.
- Coordination with Courier Partners: Schedule daily pickups, share pickup manifests, and confirm handover of shipments.
- Stock & Inventory Monitoring: Regularly reconcile inventory on marketplaces with physical stock and notify the supply or purchase team in case of low stock alerts.
- Returns & RTO Handling: Track return orders and RTOs for each marketplace, coordinate with the warehouse team for inspection and restocking, and maintain proper logs for damages and customer complaints.
Requirements:
This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace panel navigation.
