Job Opportunity

We seek an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop innovative Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems.

  • Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for real-time and offline inference.
  • Develop and optimize training workflows for fine-tuning LLMs on domain-specific tasks.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate knowledge bases into agent frameworks.
  • Drive best practices in AI Engineering, model lifecycle management, and production deployment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI/ML engineering, experience in building LLM-based applications, and knowledge of Gemini or similar models.

Requirements

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, focusing on LLM-based applications.
  • At least 10+ years of IT experience.
  • Deep understanding of RAG systems, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval strategies.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with frontend integration of AI agents.
  • Experience with Google Cloud services like BigQuery, Vertex AI, Agent Builder.
