Job Summary:

The Technical Services Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging market needs with internal functions, driving customer solutions, supporting sales, and guiding product development. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of technical services and formulation support across various segments.

  • Deliver expert technical services and formulation support for targeted segments.
  • Develop and adapt formulations to meet local market requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth technical training for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Perform competitive analysis and recommend strategic solutions.
  • E nsure compliance with statutory and internal standards.
  • Manage lab operations efficiently and maintain EHS and ISO standards.
  • Support customer complaint resolution and application troubleshooting.
  • Maintain lab equipment, calibrate instruments, and document results.
  • Participate in field trials and on-site customer visits as needed.
  • Contribute to technical papers, exhibitions, and industry seminars.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a strong background in polymer science and standard test methods. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry is preferred, along with at least 8 years of formulation experience in Polymer dispersions/coatings and 2 years in a supervisory/people leadership role.
