Product Design Expert

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for crafting end-to-end product experiences that align with business goals, user needs, and technology capabilities.

  • Owning the end-to-end product design lifecycle — from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, final UI, and testing.
  • Conducting user research, usability studies, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Translating business objectives and product strategies into intuitive user flows and scalable design systems.
  • Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to quickly validate design ideas.
  • Performing UI/UX audits and testing to optimize customer journeys and improve conversions.

This role requires collaboration with various teams including project managers and developers to deliver high-impact digital experiences across web, mobile, and product platforms. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include delivering high-impact product/web design projects annually, improving conversion metrics and user engagement through design iterations, and ensuring design system adoption and consistency across teams.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent design skills and experience in creating end-to-end product experiences.
  • Strong understanding of user research, usability studies, and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into intuitive user flows and scalable design systems.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Experience in performing UI/UX audits and testing.
