We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in the legal domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management & Legal Documentation:
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough research and support the preparation of briefs and reports.
• Mitigate contractual risks and optimize terms that protect the organization's interests.

Compliance:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay updated on legal developments, assess their impact, and provide guidance to the organization.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and audits.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure company-wide compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Risk Mitigation:

• Identify potential legal and regulatory risks, proactively assess their impact on the organization, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

Processes and Communications:

• Execute legal and compliance tasks efficiently and in line with best practices.
• Support drafting legal documents and maintain clear communication within the legal team and other departments.
• Bridge communication between the legal team and other departments, ensuring that legal considerations are understood and incorporated into the company's broader operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience for Senior Associate and 1 year of in-house experience for Legal Associate
• Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM)

• Strong understanding of legal principles and concepts, particularly in contract law and compliance.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
