Job Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our operations team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, document verification, and database management.

About the Role
  • Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, including data analysis, document verification, and database management.
  • Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree or graduate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

This is a full-time internship opportunity, requiring 9 hours of work per day, including 1 hour of break time. The minimum duration of the internship is 9 months. You may be required to work on weekends and holidays, but comp-off or OT (overtime allowance) will be provided accordingly.
