**Job Title:** Procurement Manager

As a seasoned procurement professional, you will lead end-to-end sourcing projects with a focus on value, speed, compliance, and risk management. Your expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, vendor management, and compliance will be instrumental in driving operational effectiveness.

  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, develop RFPs/RFXs, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Your attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure compliance with controls, audits, and regulatory obligations across sourcing cycles.
  • You will manage contract remediation including Data Privacy, OCIR, Data Transfer Agreements, and country-specific terms.
  • Negotiate and oversee third-party Supplier Control Obligations (SCOs) and support stakeholders with vendor engagement risks.
  • You will identify opportunities for process improvements and buying channel optimization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and sourcing best practices to strengthen category management.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in technology procurement within financial services.
  • Strong expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in contractual review and redlining.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across divisions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Leadership qualities to set objectives, coach teams, and drive operational effectiveness.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in operational/core sourcing teams in technology.
  • Regulatory remediation experience (Data Privacy, OCIR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and governance practices.
