About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Creative Director to lead our in-house graphics team and develop innovative designs for educational content.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in graphic design, with 3+ years in a managerial role, and a strong portfolio showcasing various design projects and styles in Edtech.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing workflow, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Providing guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborating with departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Overseeing creation of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.

Key Responsibilities also include:

  • Conducting quality checks on outsourced graphics to meet company standards.
  • Developing quality control procedures to ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Reviewing and approving graphic materials before final production or publication.
  • Ensuring consistency in visual style and branding across company graphics.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to improve graphic quality.

Drive innovation in graphics by incorporating design trends and AI technologies, creating immersive visual content tailored to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
