Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Redshift, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, Cost Explorer, and others.
  • Setup and configure ECS/EKS clusters, deployments, and performance-based scaling using Docker images, Docker Hub, AMIs, etc.
  • Automate infrastructure setup using Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new environments based on industry best practices.
  • Configure and manage AWS IAM roles, policies, and user groups for secure access management.
  • Setup and manage RDS databases (MySQL, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and intranet user access with expertise in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Develop and maintain network configurations using VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways, Route 53, WAF, etc.
  • Drive DevOps and CI/CD processes with proficiency in Bitbucket/GitHub pipeline creation and familiarization with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Analyze and optimize costs with strong knowledge of Trusted Advisor, Cost Explorer, and tagging for granular insights.
  • Manage AMI upgrades, patch application, and maintenance window scheduling.
  • Monitor AWS environments using New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with cloud architecture best practices and security guidelines.
  • Document SOPs, create knowledge bases, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams as an independent and proactive team player.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
