Sales Leadership Executive

CW Hospitality LLP seeks a seasoned Sales Leadership Executive to drive sales and marketing efforts forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans, guiding sales managers, and collaborating with the marketing team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Provide guidance and coaching to sales teams to ensure alignment with company sales goals.
- Monitor industry trends and market competitors to inform sales initiatives.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in managing teams, and experience in leading cross-functional initiatives. They will also have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- At least 7 years of experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
