Job Summary:

  • This position involves leading a team of copywriters to deliver high-quality solutions and meet project objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Performance Management: Monitor and develop the performance of the copy team to ensure they meet project goals and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Project Execution and Coordination: Visualize, conceptualize, execute, and direct projects to deliver excellent solutions, ensuring that it is communicated and understood correctly by the team.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Review copy for assets (Print, TVC, Radio, mailers, banners, websites) as delivered by the team to ensure correct language and adherence to brand standards.
  • New Business Development: Actively participate in new business pitches to secure future projects and contribute to business growth.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions.
