Job Role:
Our organization seeks a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to lead the testing process, ensure seamless execution, and drive defect classification and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute comprehensive test cases with precision, logging results accurately for efficient analysis and decision-making.
2. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of test management tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan, and execute high-quality testing strategies that meet business objectives.
4. Identify defects through meticulous testing, create detailed reports highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
5. Work closely with developers to ensure prompt resolution of identified issues, maintaining effective communication channels throughout the process.
6. Analyze data from test runs to develop actionable insights, driving informed decisions on testing protocols and product development.
7. Create comprehensive unit and functional-level test cases, leveraging expertise to optimize testing efficacy.
8. Provide crucial data support for status report preparation, updating daily activities in the Daily Status Report to effectively communicate progress and challenges.
9. Utilize SQL scripting skills for data validation, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in testing methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and document defects
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with SQL scripting and data analysis
