Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development of mobile applications for various industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile technologies, strong leadership skills, and experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Oversee the entire mobile application development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions by maintaining code quality, ensuring performance and responsiveness, and identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define project scope and objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Define and implement technical strategies, evaluating and recommending technology stacks, tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, guiding the team in adopting best practices and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful and timely project completion within scope.
  • Serve as a technical expert and advocate for innovation, leading technical discussions, making informed architectural decisions, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of mobile development technologies, including native and cross-platform development.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team, delegating tasks, fostering a positive work environment, and resolving conflicts.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking, ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, and make sound decisions.
  • Experience with backend integration, continuous integration/continuous deployment, and version control.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application development and leadership roles.
