Job Opportunity: Tele Counselor

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Tele Counselor. As a Tele Counselor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads and prospects to explain available services and courses.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responding to inbound queries with patience, professionalism, and accuracy.
  • Counseling students and customers over the phone regarding courses, admissions, or services.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM database with accurate information.
  • Following up with leads regularly to ensure timely conversions.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, monthly targets set by management.
  • Building a good rapport with customers to ensure trust and satisfaction.
  • Providing accurate information about fee structure, eligibility, benefits, and processes.
  • Coordinating with the admissions sales team for smooth student onboarding or client servicing.
