Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves creating engaging visual assets across digital and print formats, collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams, and translating brand guidelines into consistent, premium, and innovative visual outputs.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to bring their creativity, craft, and care to our dynamic and fast-growing creative agency. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
  • Conceptualizing and designing engaging visual assets across digital and print formats (social media, websites, decks, campaigns, branding).
  • Collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to execution.
  • Translating brand guidelines into consistent, premium, and innovative visual outputs.
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Maintaining a high standard of quality while adapting designs to client feedback.
  • Staying updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital-first design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc), Figma, and other design tools.
  • A basic understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
