About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Superintendent to manage Bulk Carrier ships. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations of the vessels, their routine and preventive maintenance, and compliance with international marine requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the technical and operational performance of 3-4 bulk carriers ships
  • Ensure Health, Safety and Environment Compliance throughout the operation
  • Develop and implement budget plans to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to develop and maintain human capital
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve operational goals

Requirements

  • Qualified Marine Engineer with a degree in business or related discipline
  • At least one year as a Chief Engineer on Dry Bulk carriers
  • At least three year of experience as a technical superintendent focused on Dry Bulk carriers
  • Experience in completing dry docking and PSC inspections are required
  • Demonstrated high quality technical and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
