As a Talent Acquisition and Management Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our Talent Acquisition and Management systems. You will serve as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Talent technology solutions, acting as a point of contact for users facing challenges with recruitment and talent management technologies. You will manage tier 2 technical issues escalated from front-line support teams, collaborating closely with IT and HR Tech teams to ensure seamless integration of various HR systems.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and network with peers. They should be highly self-motivated and result-oriented, with good team player skills. Fluency in English is required, and flexibility to travel within China (up to 50%) is preferred.
