Technical Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Lead to join our team at MSP Steel. As a key member of our technical department, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the team to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of technical projects to improve plant operations and efficiency. This includes developing and implementing strategies to optimize steel production processes, improve yield, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical department to achieve strategic objectives
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of technical projects
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize steel production processes
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Manage large-scale technical projects from conception to completion
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team

Requirements:

• B.E. / B. Tech - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 18 years of experience in the steel industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
