  • Ensure system-level test coverage and reduce post-release defects.">
  • Review architecture and design effective test strategies.">
  • Develop and utilize test environments.">
  • Automate test procedures and simulations.">
  • Interact with key stakeholders.">
  • Support and resolve queries from teams.">
  • Drive improvements in test methodologies.">
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team.">
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of weekly reports.">

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent.">

Domain Knowledge:

  • Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for Batch, Life Sciences, and Pharma Industries.">
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Control Systems for Batch processes.">
  • Pharma/Drug Manufacturing Sector and Compliance/Regulatory requirements.">
  • ISA S88 and ISA S95 standards.">

Technical Skills:

  • Batch Design, including Process and Equipment Model based on process and design inputs.">
  • FAT and SAT of Batch Projects.">
  • cGMP documentation.">
  • SAP & TrackWise for handling PM/BD and QMS documents.">
  • Batch sequence programming using ladder programming, FBD, SFC, and other IEC standard languages.">
  • Communication protocols for third-party interfaces and field device integration.">
