Billing and Insurance Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Insurance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for submitting dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner, posting payments in practice management systems, and following up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure resolution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dental billing and insurance claims, with strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Prepare and submit dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
  • • Post insurance and patient payments in practice management systems.
  • • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure resolution.
  • • Communicate with dental offices, insurance companies, and patients as needed.
