We are seeking an experienced specialist in Advanced Payment Management (APM) to support the APM module in SAP S/4 HANA environment. This role will involve troubleshooting payment processing issues, configuring payment formats, media, and methods, as well as supporting integration between APM and bank communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA and APM, with experience in implementing system enhancements and knowledge of Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC). Training will be provided for MBC.

  • Support the SAP APM module in S/4 HANA environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to payment processing
  • Configure and maintain payment formats, payment media, and payment methods
  • Support integration between APM and bank communication
  • Implement and maintain bank communication channels and payment processing workflows
  • Perform root cause analysis for payment processing issues
  • Create and maintain documentation for APM processes and configurations
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical payment processing support
  • Implement system enhancements related to payment management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for payment processing across multiple regions
