
Electronics Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electronics Inspector with experience in inspecting cable harnesses, PCB assemblies, and electronic units.
The role requires strong knowledge of industry standards, assembly guidelines, ESD practices, and component-level inspection. The inspector will ensure electronic assemblies and subsystems conform to specifications and meet customer requirements.
- Conduct environmental tests such as thermal cycling, vibration, humidity, altitude, shock, and ingress protection (IP) tests on electronic units.
- Perform electromagnetic interference/compatibility (EMI/EMC) testing as per applicable military, automotive, or aerospace standards.
- Prepare and verify test setups, fixtures, and monitoring instruments.
- Ensure test parameters are maintained as per the test plan, and anomalies are reported.
- Assist in the configuration and operation of data acquisition systems and EMI/EMC test receivers.
- Document all test procedures, results, and observations accurately and generate detailed test reports.
- Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot failures and support root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with lab safety, ESD, and calibration requirements.
