Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our comprehensive testing strategy and execution for complex data engineering pipelines and product delivery initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you will drive quality assurance across integrated systems, data workflows, and customer-facing applications while coordinating cross-functional testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end testing frameworks for data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure test coverage across ETL/ELT, data transformation, lineage, and consumption layers.
  • Develop integrated testing strategies spanning multiple systems, APIs, and data sources.
  • Establish testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
  • Manage testing dependencies and critical path items in complex delivery timelines.
  • Lead root cause analysis for production issues and testing gaps.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies.
  • Design scalable testing infrastructure and CI/CD integration.
