We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems, and a basic understanding of recruitment principles and practices. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for the HR field and talent acquisition.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Updating and maintaining candidate information within excel/ OneDrive
  • Initiating new joiner email along with ID details to IT, Admin & HR
  • Tracking candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
  • Collecting feedback from hiring managers and updating the respective recruiter and candidate accordingly
  • Assisting with reference checks and background verifications for offered candidates
  • Maintaining accurate documentation related to the hiring process

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's in Human Resources or a related field, with 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. You should also be located in Gurgaon and be willing to commit to a 6-month internship.
