Human Resources Operations Specialist

The Human Resources Operations Specialist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality operational support across the employee lifecycle.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing accurate, timely, and efficient administrative support to employees and managers.
The role supports a range of HR processes, including payroll processing, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, data reporting, and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Act as the go-to person for payroll across India.
- Coordinate with external providers and internal teams.
- Ensure timely, accurate payroll - salaries, deductions, benefits, and taxes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefits (health insurance, leave tracking, etc.).
- Track absences, PTOs, and vacation days.
Cross-Department Liaison
- Be the key bridge between HR and Accounting for payroll and employee records.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years in HR administration with solid payroll processing experience.
- Strong background in managing employee contracts, files, and HR platforms.
