The Electronic Test team is responsible for electronic test activities on an avionics engineering program(s). We're seeking a highly skilled Advanced Embedded Engineer to lead the development of End-to-End Test Solutions for Avionics Simulation benches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Analysis: Contribute to and lead requirements analysis and decomposition for Test stations.
  • Technical Expertise: Have a strong understanding of both Hardware and software development life cycles.
  • Simulation Bench Development: Create robust Avionics Simulation benches for product families and configurations.
  • System Design and Integration: Leverage principles of Simulation Model-based development system design, systems integration, systems validation & verification, certification with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Innovation and NPD: Contribute to innovation and New Product Development (NPD) for enhancing test systems design, cost, and cycle time.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with different stakeholders to understand project requirements, define overall vision, effectively communicate ideas and solutions to teams.
  • User Collaboration: Proactively connect with users and collaborate with product teams to understand overall test solution needs.
  • Complex System Management: Work as champion in technologically highly complex systems with multiple constraints and take smart risks.
  • Competitive Landscape Mapping: Effectively map the competitive landscape, benchmark design and technology trends.
  • Project Coordination: Project coordination, budget/schedule responsibility – working-level knowledge.
  • Continuous Improvement: Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
