Job Title: CAE Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAE Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and validate the NVH CAE system/assembly model for complete powertrain system for ICE & electrical vehicles.
  • Debug and solve CAE calculations of powertrain & with full vehicle automotive system.
  • Able to validate correctness of CAE results & proceed evaluations.
  • Finding issue, root cause, mechanism, and propose feasible solutions.
  • Deliver analysis results to the reporting project leader/team leader.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of automotive modeling.
  • Good knowledge of model building using ANSA.
  • Knowledge of Nastran/Abaqus solver NVH (powertrain).
  • Good knowledge of META for post-processing & result interpretation.
  • Knowledge about typical finite elements.
  • Knowledge in FE model quality criteria.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge in automotive systems: powertrain [ICE/electric] / vehicle structure.
  • Knowledge in building FE without CAD.
  • Knowledge in modifying the FE mesh for alternative design.
  • Knowledge in updating trim body and debug for NVH.
Software Skills:
  • ANSA/META/NASTRAN/ABAQUS/CATIA.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, logical, written, communication, and presentation skills.
