Job Title: Peoplesoft Developer

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer to join our team. As a Peoplesoft Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Develop and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor and custom-built modules.
  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines, always following the teams development standards.
  • Analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development including: PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and Technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
