Sales Engagement Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engagement Representative to utilize inbound and outbound leads to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for cross-selling or up-selling of courses, driving revenue growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
As a Sales Engagement Representative, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements. Your exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills will enable you to continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets related to call volume and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Converting leads to potential clients
- Calling potential customers to persuade them to enroll in our courses or products
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- 1-2 years of telesales experience
- Graduation in any stream is acceptable
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Soft spoken, humble and positive approach
- 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM working hours (Monday to Saturday)
- Santacruz-East work location (close to railway station)
- Probationary period: 3 months
