Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is not just another modeling role; we need a problem-solver who thrives on building from the ground up—someone passionate about designing agent-driven architectures and inventing new frameworks to solve real-world problems.

This role requires strong expertise in Python and SQL, with a proven track record of delivering robust ML models and pipelines into production. Additionally, experience in architecting and implementing innovative, scalable, agent-driven AI solutions is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics, as well as hands-on implementation skills for various ML algorithms.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception to deployment, championing software excellence through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and contributing to our cloud-native AWS infrastructure. Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a hands-on Senior AI/ML Engineer or Senior Developer.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • A demonstrated portfolio of creative problem-solving and the ability to independently devise new approaches.
  • Hands-on experience in designing or implementing agent-driven architectures or frameworks.
  • Solid familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
  • Experience with deploying models on cloud platforms; AWS is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in applying geometric concepts, simulations, or spatial reasoning through code.
