We are seeking an experienced DevOps/MLOps Engineer to join our organization and contribute to building and managing infrastructure for data management, training, testing, deployment, telemetry, and fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable data lakes with labeling and auto-labeling pipelines, including feature store design, to support data-driven decision making.
  • Orchestrate training workflows using cloud-native Kubernetes (K8s) and Slurm; manage experiment tracking and model registries to ensure reproducibility and reliability.
  • Deploy models on edge devices (Jetson/Orin, TPU, x86) with support for A/B testing and staged rollouts to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Build systems for telemetry, health monitoring, remote assist, over-the-air updates, and security to safeguard our robotic fleets.
Must-Haves:
  • A Master's or PhD in a relevant field, 5–10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering for robotics or ML systems, with a strong focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Proven expertise in cloud and edge CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and GPU scheduling to optimize system performance.
  • Strong background in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana), artifact/version control, and reproducibility practices to ensure seamless collaboration.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience integrating real-time operating systems (RTOS) to improve system responsiveness.
  • Familiarity with safety-certified build pipelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Success Metrics:
  • Training throughput and cost efficiency.
  • Deployment latency and responsiveness.
  • Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
  • Rollout success rate across robotic fleets.
