Job Title: Strategic Learning Director

Total Experience: 18 Years

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our learning design capabilities, overseeing skill development, project quality, and resource performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers to drive organizational success
  • Define and document competency levels and progression pathways
  • Evaluate and map resources within the skill pool across competency levels
  • Ensure content quality and instructional integrity across learning design projects
  • Manage performance of skill pool resources with input from delivery teams

Project Support & Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct technical interviews during recruitment
  • Support projects facing delivery challenges and resource gaps
  • Maintain productivity benchmarks for the skill pool

AI Leadership:

  • Drive adoption of AI tools and automation in learning design workflows
  • Promote ethical and effective use of AI in content development

Competency Development & Resource Management:

  • Provide data on competencies, training needs, and performance metrics to leadership

Education:

A Master's degree in any discipline

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum of 18 years in eLearning and learning design, including leadership roles
