Job Summary

The Retail Space Designer will be responsible for assisting in the design and layout of retail spaces, selecting products that resonate with our target customers, managing store displays, and providing design consultation to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing store layout designs to create an inviting and functional shopping environment.
  • Select and curate products for display that align with the store's brand and customer preferences.
  • Manage and refresh store displays regularly to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
  • Provide design consultation and support to customers, offering expert advice on product selection and home design.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 2-8 years of professional experience in interior design, retail space planning, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software.
Skills and Competencies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong creative and conceptual skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
