Job Title: Cloud Engineering Manager

  • Achieve expertise in cloud infrastructure and services to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management: Manage, maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure resources to meet business requirements.

  • Create and implement cloud strategies and best practices for infrastructure security, scalability and high availability.

Leadership: Lead teams of engineers to deliver cloud-based solutions and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud architectures that meet business needs.

  • Collaborate with architects to design and develop cloud-based systems and applications.

Skills:

  • Expert-level knowledge of cloud networking services (VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Armor)
  • Deep understanding of cloud security services and best practices
  • Extensive experience with cloud IAM, organizational policies, and resource hierarchy
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager)
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and security principles
