Job Description

About the Job:

  • Deliver official Microsoft training courses for MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant).
  • Facilitate hands-on labs and scenario-driven workshops for finance, operations, and inventory teams.
  • Customize training programs to align with SMB workflows and industry-specific business models.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A certified trainer with expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central is required. The ideal candidate will have a valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential with MB-800 certification, minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, consulting or Business Central roles, strong understanding of financial operations, inventory management and business workflows.

The candidate must also possess excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies, ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and technical levels, willingness to travel for on-site training engagements, Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or related field, ACCA or CPA certification is a plus.

Preferred skills include experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance, operations, and reporting, familiarity with Power Platform, extensions, and integrations, ability to create multimedia and interactive training content.
