Business Analyst Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in the insurance domain and process/data mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Create detailed as-is and to-be process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies.
  • Define and document data flows between systems, ensuring alignment with business rules and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify gaps between current and desired states and propose actionable solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories to support development and testing teams.
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Must Have Skills:

  • Experience working as a BA for Insurance Domain.
  • P&C domain required.
  • Experience in working on data mapping preferred.
