Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive innovation through data-driven insights. As a key member of our team, you will build and deploy machine learning models to support product recommendations and personalization, while leveraging your expertise in Python, ML, and SQL to unlock customer insights that directly impact business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and deploy machine learning models to support product recommendations and personalization.
- Design and implement data models with SQL to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable datasets.
- Work on customer segmentation and forecasting use cases to enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business problems into actionable data solutions.
- Leverage tools like Snowflake and DBT for data transformation and model building.
- Communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows.
- Experience in SQL for data modeling and querying.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, recommendation systems).
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch (or other ML frameworks).
- Familiarity with Snowflake and DBT.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior experience in E-commerce is essential, while exposure to AWS or other cloud ML platforms is desirable.
