Job Summary:

Maintenance Operations Manager role is responsible for managing maintenance operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Equipment Performance and Safety: Ensure all equipment is in good working condition, maintaining a safe environment for end-users and site personnel.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks on-site and communicate them to supervisors, taking immediate action when necessary.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee service visits, planned maintenance, callouts, and repairs, prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Workload Planning: Collaborate with service supervisors to effectively plan workloads, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Sales Lead Generation: Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to supervisors, contributing to business growth.
  • Time Sheet Management: Accurately submit time sheets based on executed work, facilitating smooth financial processes.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering spare parts as needed to prevent stock shortages.
  • Tooling and Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain tooling and equipment, ensuring they remain in good working condition.

Leadership and Development:

  • Ongoing Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of products, methods, and safety practices by providing feedback to management.
  • People Management: Update supervisors on relevant information and participate in proposed training sessions, enhancing personal and professional development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintenance operations or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
