Pediatric ICU Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in the Pediatric Ward, ICU, and Emergency department. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient health problems, developing and implementing nursing care plans, maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating with healthcare providers, monitoring patient progress, and administering medications as prescribed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient health problems and needs
- Create personalized nursing care plans to meet patient requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure consistent patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescription
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Valid RN license
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in patient care, health assessment, and nursing care planning
