We are currently seeking a pool of experienced Communication Consultants to support the European Investment Bank (EIB) in delivering effective communication campaigns and activities in various countries or regions outside the EU.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, managing subcontractors or service providers, and implementing communication campaigns in the relevant country or region. A key aspect of this role is having professional experience in implementing communication campaigns in the targeted region, as well as possessing the necessary language skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development and validation of a detailed implementation plan
  • Establishment of working processes and contact protocols among local teams and project stakeholders
  • Timely implementation of communication campaigns
  • Planning, organization, and management of press conferences, events, focus groups, and workshops
  • Coordination with all stakeholders, including regular coordination meetings
  • Media outreach and negotiating/buying traditional or digital media advertising space
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on communication activities
  • Establishment and management of partnerships with NGOs or influencers

Requirements:

  • University degree in journalism, communication, social science, or an academic equivalent
  • Fluency in English, including clear and concise oral and written expression
  • Fluency in the main language spoken in the country of assignment
