Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Integration Specialist with 7–10 years of experience in integration development and deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role will serve as the lead technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data integration solutions across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure data integration solutions using OIC.
  • Architect end-to-end integration flows, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
Technical Expertise:
  • Deep knowledge of orchestration-based, scheduled, and file-based integrations, plus API management.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) with third-party systems.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced OIC adapters, error-handling frameworks, AI/ML-powered insights, and OCI services (API Gateway, Vault, etc.).
Leadership & Communication:
  • Strong track record in leading technical teams and owning end-to-end deliverables.
  • Excellent ability to articulate integration concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7–10 years in integration development, with strong focus on OIC.

  • Cloud/SaaS Integration: Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) with third-party systems.
