Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care in our pediatric ward.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assessing patient health problems and needs, and developing individualized nursing care plans.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to hospital policies.
• Coordinating with healthcare providers to deliver consistent patient care, monitoring patient progress, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in patient care, health assessment, and nursing care planning.
• Competence in administering medications and treatments.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with valid RN license.
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
