About the Job:

As a senior professional in our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet business requirements.

  • You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Your expertise in providing technical guidance and best practices will support the development team in creating efficient solutions.
  • You will conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • You will lead by example, mentor, and coach other developers to enhance their skills and contribute to the growth of our Low-Code Team.
  • Foster a culture of T-Shaping and capability growth within the team.
  • You will have a Zero Trust mindset to guarantee secure and compliant solutions on the Power Platform.
  • Closely collaborate with the Product Architect on future-proof solution designs for Low-code platforms.
  • Work alongside the Product Owner and Product Architect to prioritize development activities.

Pune Lead Role:

In addition to the above responsibilities, as a Pune Lead, you will:

  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team together with the Product Owner and Product Architect.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the development process to improve developer velocity, working closely with the Scrum Master.
  • Enhance DevOps processes, including automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and component libraries.
  • Support and guide a team of internal and external developers working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Core Platform – Governance:

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development of governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Take a lead role in governance boards, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to align on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Define and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
  • Identity and improve governance processes to keep the platform secure and compliant.
  • Identify governance processes that can be automated to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Define tasks and create work instructions for individuals responsible for governance-related activities.
  • Coordinate and act on updates from Microsoft, ensuring that the organization remains compliant and leverages new features effectively.
  • Key decision maker together with the Product Owner and Product Architect on upcoming Platform changes and feature requests for Self Service Platforms.
  • Responsible for the Environment Strategy of the platform and ensure guidelines are followed.

Educational Requirement:

A minimum educational requirement includes graduation from a reputable institution and relevant certifications.

Experience Requirement:

A minimum of 12 years of experience working with the Microsoft stack and Power platform development is required.
