Job Description

The role holder is responsible for managing the SME credit approval process, ensuring portfolio quality and delinquencies in the zone. This position requires leadership skills to manage the credit team and underwrite proposals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high-quality portfolio in the zone.
  • Leading and managing the credit team at the zone.
  • Underwriting proposals and making decisions on loan approval and disbursement within empowerment limits.
Qualifications and Skills

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Commerce Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance.
  • Prior experience of 10+ years working in LAP.
  • Experience as a head of credit evaluation team for a retail banking product.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of credit and risk management principles.
